Resistance Band Hammer Curl works the outer/lateral side of the arm. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. Loop a resistance band under your feet and hold the handles in both hands with a neutral grip, keep your spine straight and hands near your thighs.
Now, exhale and pull the band up by bending your arms
Your palms should be facing each other
Go up until the arms form a 90 degree angle or beyond
Inhale and bring the hands down to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
