The One Arm Standing Row works the upper and lower back, shoulders, biceps, and hips while improving core stability. Stand with feet slightly less than shoulder width apart. Bend your knees slightly. Hold a dumbbell in one hand with neutral grip, place the other hand behind your back. Bend forward until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor (or slightly above).
Exhale and pull the dumbbells towards your body
Pull the elbows behind your body while retracting the shoulder blades
Inhale and slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
