Preparation

The Mini Band Pull Down works your lat muscles. Stand and loop the band around your hands, a little below the wrists. Raise your hands in full extension above your head.

Method

Step 1

Inhale and pull the hands down near the shoulders by bending your arms

Step 2

Pause

Step 3

Exhale and extend them back up to the starting position

Step 4

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
