Stand straight. This is your starting position.
Now, tilt your head to the right side
Then, lift your left arm and gently stretch it to the left side
Palm should be facing towards ceiling
Undersurface of forearm should face towards ceiling
Extend your wrist
Do the two movements one after the other
Pause for a while
Now, return your left hand to the starting position
And move your head back to the centre
You may be instructed to extend the arm first before tilting the head.The video link demonstrates both variations
Nerve stretches are very sensitive and need to be performed gently
Move into the stretch and stop before you feel excessive stretch sensation of the nerve
Stop if exercise exacerbates pain.
