Lying Unilateral Leg Curls. Lie face down on a flat surface/bench. Set your legs under the ankle pads.
With the desired weight set in the machine, curl the weight towards the glute with one leg, using your lower leg and exhale
Feel the contraction, slowly lower the weight back and inhale
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
