The Lying Bird Dog works the erector spinae, rectus abdominis, and glutes. Lie down on your chest and abdomen on the floor or a mat. Extend your arms and your legs.
Now, exhale and lift your left arm and your right leg simultaneously
Pause for a second
Inhale and bring them back to the starting position while continuing to keep them extended
Now, exhale and lift your right arm and your left leg simultaneously
Pause for a second
Inhale and bring them back to the starting position while continuing to keep them extended
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
