Keep your hand and palm straight. Palm should face down. Take a support below if required. This is the starting position.
Now, pull your fingers backwards from down so your knuckles are raised toward the ceiling
Hold the knuckle joint in flexion
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the prescribed number of repetitions.
