The Lever Preacher Curl Bicep works the Brachii and the Brachialis. Stand behind the arm pad and face the lever handles on the opposite side. Place one foot forward under the arm pad and opposite foot back on foot bar. Lean over the arm pads and grasp handles with slightly narrower than shoulder width and an underhand grip. Squat down and position the back of your upper arms on the arm pads.
Now, exhale and raise the lever handles towards your shoulders
Hold for a second
Inhale and lower the handles until arms are fully extended
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
