The pec deck works both your chest and its supporting muscles, primarily your pectoralis major. Sit on a bench with back support. If available, push the foot lever until the padded lever moves forward. Grasp the handle of the machine. Position upper arms approximately parallel and release the foot lever.
Now, inhale and push the levers together
Then exhale and return to the starting position until chest muscles are stretched
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
