Sit on a firm chair with your back straight. Loop the resistance band around your foot hold the other end in your hands. This is the starting position.
Keeping the back straight, push the foot away from the body as far as the band or leg allows
Pause and then slowly return to the starting position
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
