Preparation

Incline Push-Ups work your chest and core muscles. Place your toes on a bench behind and palms on the floor. Keep the palms slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep your arms, legs and body straight.

Method

Step 1

Now, inhale and lower your chest to the floor by bending your arms

Step 2

Hold for a second

Step 3

Inhale and push your body up until arms are extended again

Step 4

Return to the starting position

Step 5

Repeat for the desired number of reps.
