The Hollow Hold works the abdominal muscles. Lie down flat on your back. Place your back firmly on the ground, exhale and lift your shoulder and legs by bending them in the knees. Don’t round the shoulders but lift them a little by keep you back on the ground.
Lift your hands straight and extend them up
Make sure you dont arch the back
The next stage is where you extend your legs and lower them gradually
The best way is to start with a level you are comfortable with and then gradually increase difficulty as you gain strength.
