High Knee exercise targets the quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. The objective is to bring your knees as high as possible.
Now lift your left leg and bring the left knee as high as possible
Then jump on the left leg and lift the right knee high up
Do this in succession at a pace
You can alternate your arm position like you do while running or you can hold your hands flat above the knees as target
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
