This exercise targets the Biceps and forearms. Stand and hold a dumbbell or a barbell in your hands with an overhand grip. Your hands and feet must be shoulder width apart
Now, exhale and lift the weight up by bending your arms so the back of your palms is close to the shoulders
Then lower the dumbbells to the starting position slowly and with control, inhaling as you go
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
