The Farmer's Walk works your shoulders, biceps, triceps, quadriceps, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and core.Stand straight and hold a dumbbell/kettlebell in each hand. Keep an upright posture. Hold the dumbbells with a strong neutral grip. Pick a target or an end point ahead of you.
Start walking steadily by holding the dumbbells
Walk till your target point arrives
Turn around and walk back to the starting point
Remember to breathe normally
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
