Method

Step 1

Lie down on the back and keep your feet together

Step 2

Keep your hands on the floor to the sides of your body

Step 3

Stretch one of the feet forward, Inhale slowly and lift this leg up to 45 to 60 degrees

Step 4

Hold this position for 8-10 seconds

Step 5

Exhale and slowly lower down the leg without any jerk

Step 6

Now repeat the same with the other leg

Step 7

And then sit up and relax in vajrasana for a few seconds
