Dumbbell Walking Lunge works the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Stand with dumbbells grasped to the sides.
Step forward with the first leg
Land on your heel and then on the forefoot
Inhale and lower your body, bend the rear leg, until the knee is almost in contact with the floor
Stand on the front leg with the assistance of rear leg
Come back to the starting position
Lunge forward with the opposite leg
Remember to breathe normally
Repeat by alternating lunges with both the legs.
