Dumbbell Shrugs work your upper traps. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart.Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip beside your thighs.
Now, exhale and raise your shoulders so as to shrug them as much as you can
Hold the contraction for a second
Inhale and slowly relax the shrugged shoulders
Come back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
