The Overhead Triceps Extension focuses on the triceps. Sit upright on a bench with half back support using a double-handed grip, hold the dumbbell overhead with palms facing upward.
Bend the elbows and lower the dumbbell behind your neck with a slow controlled movement
Make sure your upper arms stay in place
Now, push the dumbbell up and return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
