The Dumbbell Lying Triceps Extension works the triceps from the elbow all the way to the latissimus dorsi. Lie flat on the floor and take a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your feet flat on the floor. Hold the dumbbells above your head with a neutral grip (Palms facing each other).
Now, exhale and Extend your arms in front of your chest
Inhale and lower the dumbbells above your head by bending the arms to the starting position
Do not flare your elbows
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
