The Dumbbell Lying Leg Curl focuses on the hamstrings and calf muscles. Lie down on the ground on your chest Hold the dumbbell firmly between your feet around the ankles.
Inhale,slowly bend your knees and lift the dumbbell up using your feet
Curl the dumbbell till it’s above your knees
Exhale and slowly lower the dumbbell to the floor, and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
