Designed to build lower-body strength, Kneeling Squat with Dumbbells help you build core strength. Make sure you have a carpet or non-slippery exercise mat and enough space around yourself. Get into a kneeling position with both knees on an exercise mat. Get a pair of weights/ Dumbbells and lift it parallel to your shoulder or partially rest it on your shoulder. Your shoulders should be directly over your hips with a neutral head and neck position. Your chin should remain tucked throughout the movement, as if you were holding an egg under your chin.
Push through your foot and thrust your hips to bring your body diagonally upwards while engaging your core
Slowly return to starting position
Repeat for the recommended number of reps.
