The Dumbbell Floor Hex Press primarily works the pectorals or the chest. Lie down flat on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep your toes on the floor for support. Hold the dumbbells with a neutral grip close to your chest with arms bent.
Now, exhale and lift the dumbbells up by extending your arms and keeping them parallel to each other
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the dumbbells back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
