The Dumbbell Arnold Press (Seated) works on all three heads of the shoulder - the anterior, middle and posterior deltoids. Sit on the edge of a stool or a bench. Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of your shoulders, such that your palms should face the shoulders.
Initiate the movement by bringing your elbows out to the sides, so the palms now face forward
Exhale and raise the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended
Hold for a second
Now, inhale and lower your arms to the front of your shoulders to the starting position by rotating the palms of your hands towards you
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
