The Dumbbell Arnold Press works on the anterior, and the lateral deltoids. Stand with your back straight. Hold two dumbbells in front of your shoulders, with palms facing your body.
Initiate the movement by bringing your elbows out to the sides, so the palms now face forward
Exhale and raise the d umbbells overhead until your arms are full extended
Now, inhale and lower your arms to the front of your shoulders in opposite pattern
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
