Dual Pulley Cable Shrugs. Stand between two low pulleys and grasp stirrups in each hand. Stand upright with arms straight down to each side.
With arms straight, elevate shoulders as high as possible
Hold for a second
Inhale and release the shrugged shoulders by lowering them
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
