The decline bench press is a great exercise for working the Pectrorial Major and triceps. Lie on a decline bench and place your feet under a leg brace. Hold the dumbbells using a slightly wider overhand grip.
Inhale and slowly lower it till it almost touches your chest
Make sure your wrist and forearms are in a straight line
Now, exhale and push the dumbbells back up until your arms are extended
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
