Hammer Curls are a great way to target not just the biceps but they also engage the forearms. Stand straight, feet flat on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip, your palms should face the body.
Exhale and engage your biceps
Slowly bring the dumbbells up to your chest
With a controlled movement, inhale while you lower the dumbbells to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
