Place a stool or an elevated platform to your side. Stand straight and keep your hands to the sides.
Now, place the opposite foot on the stool, step on it and bring the other foot on the stool too
Pause
Get down with the foot that followed and bring the opposite foot to the starting position
Repeat for the prescribed number of reps.
