The Cross Arm Twisting Crunches work your core muscles. Lie flat on the floor or a mat on your back. Bend your legs and pace your feet flat on the floor. Keep your hands crossed over your chest.
Inhale and slowly lift up your shoulders and your torso
Push your right elbow to the left side and bring it back
Inhale and lower your torso to the floor to the starting position
Exhale, lift it up again and push your left elbow to the right side and bring it back
Inhale and lower down to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
