Close Push Ups work the chest and the triceps. Place your palms on the floor closer or less than shoulder width apart for a close hand position. Extend your arms and legs and place your toes on the floor.
Now, inhale and lower yourself until your chest almost touches the floor
Hold for a second
Exhale and push your torso up to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
