The Clap Push-ups are a slightly more advanced variation. The muscles worked are your shoulders, chest, and arms. Place your palms on the floor, shoulder-width apart.Extend your arms and push your legs behind you. Raise your body off the floor, your body should be supported on your palms and toes.
Inhale and lower your body to the floor
Immediately push your upper body up as fast as possible
As the hands leave the ground, rapidly clap your hands together
Come back to the starting position
Repeat the same movement as fast as you can and as many times as you can.
