The Cable Twisting Chest Press is an important strength exercise that targets your pectorals, deltoids, and triceps, building muscle tissue and strength. Stand and grasp stirrup to one side. Position your elbow to the side, slightly lower than shoulder height. Next, position your hand slightly narrower than elbow width, in front of the upper arm, lean Slightly forward.
Now, push the stirrup out in front of your upper chest by extending the arm
Return the stirrup to the starting position allowing your torso to rotate back until a slight stretch is felt through chest, shoulder or waist
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
