The Cable Twist Down To Up is a great exercise for building your core. It targets the transverse abdominis muscle and the oblique muscles. Stand with the machine to your side. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart. Grab the cable pulley handle with both hands.
Now, exhale and turn your upper torso away from the machine as you pull the cable up and to your side, in the opposite direction of the machine
Inhale and lower the pulley handle to the starting position, That’s one repetition
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the opposite side too.
