This exercise primarily works the chest muscles. Stand between two pulleys positioned at the bottom and arms width or slightly wider apart. Grasp the stirrups, one in each hand. Extend arms out with elbows slightly bent, pointed back and downward slightly. Step forward until weights are lifted up slightly. Stand with feet staggered.
Keeping elbows fixed in slightly bent position, exhale and bring the stirrups together in a hugging motion, and scoop your chest upwards
Then inhale and lower the stirrups to the starting position
Feel the stretch in your chest
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
