A Cable Standing Fly works your Pectorals. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart with pulleys to each side. Grasp two opposing high pulley dumbbell attachments, bend over slightly by flexing hips and knees.
Now, exhale and pull the cable attachments together in a hugging motion by extending the arms in front of you
Keep your arms straight but maintain a slight bend
Inhale and return to the starting position by pulling your arms away from each other and until the chest muscles are stretched
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
