Cable Standing Chest Press works the pectoralis major which is basically the largest portion of your chest and it also works the lower chest. Stand between two shoulder height pulleys, facing away from cable columns. Grasp cable stirrups from each side. Position stirrups to the sides of your chest by bending your arms. Step forward in a lunging posture (one foot in front and other foot behind). Lean a little forward, by bending the front leg.
Push stirrups forward until arms are straight and parallel to one another
Return stirrups to the starting position until a slight stretch is felt in the chest or shoulders
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
