The Cable Side Bend works the obliques as lateral flexors. Stand with your side facing a low pulley. Grasp stirrup attachment with the arm nearest to the pulley. Place your other hand behind the head for support. Stand with your arm straight.
Now, exhale and pull the stirrup by bending sideways through the waist so your torso moves away from the pulley
Hold for a second
Inhale and straighten up your torso and come back to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
