The Cable Seated Front Raise targets the Deltoid Anterior. Sit on the seat between twin cable pulleys Grasp stirrups on each side. Sit upright with arms straight down to each side with your palms facing backwards.
Now, exhale and raise one stirrup forward and upward until your arms are well above horizontal
Hold for a second
Inhale and lower the stirrup down to its starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
