The Cable Seated Fly primarily works the pectoralis major or the large fan-shaped muscle covering much of your upper chest. Sit on the seat with your spine straight. The pulley machine should be behind your back. Place the pulley in line with your seated position. Hold the stirrups in each hand by extending your arms to the sides. Keep your arms slightly bent.
Now, exhale and bring cable attachments together in a hugging motion by bringing your arms closer in front of your chest
Maintain the slight bend in your arms
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the pulley back to starting position in a controlled manner
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
