The Cable Pushdown (with back support) works the triceps. Place your chest against an incline bench. Grasp cable attachment from high pulley with a narrow overhand grip. Position your elbows to the side.
Now, inhale and Extend arms down
Exhale and return to the starting position until the forearm is close to the upper arm
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
