The Cable Overhead Tricep Extension With Ropeworks the triceps muscles. Attach a Rope to the bottom pulley of a pulley machine. Sit on a bench, facing away from the pulley. Hold onto the Rope from behind with both hands and extend your arms with your hands directly over your head. Your palms should face forward. Hold your elbows close to your head.
Now, inhale and lower the bar behind your head slowly as you bend your arms
Hold for a second
Exhale and pull the Rope up by flexing your triceps and extending your arms again
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
