The Cable One Arm Pulldown works the lats. Sit straight on a bench. Grasp the stirrup in one hand above by extending your arm. Sit with support under thighs.
Now, exhale and pull down the cable attachment from the front of the chest
Hold for a second
Inhale and bring the cable to the starting position by extending the arm above
Repeat for the desired number of reps
Once done, repeat with the other hand.
