This is a great exercise for building the triceps. Hold the attachment using a narrow or shoulder width overhand grip. Turn your body away so that your back is to the machine. Come down on your knees and hold the attachment behind your head. Your core should be engaged and you need to bend forward slightly.
Now, exhale and pull the weight by extending your arms above
You should feel your triceps engaging
Inhale and bend your elbows in a slow, controlled movement
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
