The Cable Incline Triceps Extension primarily targets the long head of the triceps. Stand with the pulley machine behind you. Grasp Rope from behind with palms facing each other. Position your elbows overhead with your arms bent.
Exhale and pull the cable while extending the forearms overhead until elbows are straight
Inhale and lower the cable until your Cable Incline Triceps Extensionarms are bent behind and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
