The Cable Lying Triceps Extension is an isolation exercise that works on the triceps from the elbow all the way to the latissimus dorsi. Position legs under the lower leg pad and lie back on a decline bench. Grasp Rope with palms facing each other and position it near the forehead or top of the head. Extend elbows to raise attachment until arms are straight. As your arms extend, position them vertically.
Lower rope by bending elbows
As the bar nears your head, reposition your elbows back just enough to allow the rope to clear around the curvature of the head
Return to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
