Cable Concentration Curls work your triceps. Adjust the pulley at a low height. Stand and hold the cable in one hand with an underhand grip. Step back so the arm is extended.
Now, inhale and pull the cable towards the shoulder by bending your arm
Feel the stretch in the biceps
Pause
Exhale, come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
