Burpees work muscles through your body. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Now, begin by squatting down and place your palms on floor as you go down completely
Now jump and extend your feet at the back and land on your toes
Next, put weight on your palms, draw your legs in
Stand up and jump up by raising your arms up
Then squat and go down again and take the plank position, followed by standing and jumping up
This has to be done at a fast pace
Remember to breathe normally
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
