The Chest Fly works the chest muscles in conjunction with the deltoid, biceps, and triceps. Hold a filled water bottle in each hand and lie on your back on the floor. Keep your back straight. Hold the bottles in front of your chest with neutral grip so both your hands are parallel to each other.
Take a deep breath and pull your arms and the bottles away from each other while keeping your arms extended
Lower the bottles close to the ground
Maintain a slight bend in the arms
Exhale and come to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
