The Body Weight Incline Push Ups primarily work your chest muscles. Place a bench in front of you. Keep your hands on the edge of the bench, hold the bench firmly and extend your legs backwards. Place your toes on the ground and keep the back straight.
Now, inhale and go down by bending your arms
Once you reach close to the bench hold for a second
Push yourself back up to the starting position
Repeat for the desired number of reps.
